ArrowDoor Capital, LLC is ArrowDoor’s investment arm that partners with investors to acquire large multi family properties. We currently take on a small number of accredited investors who are willing to invest their money for 5-10 years. Investors are given monthly checks, bonuses every quarter if returns are higher than expected, as well as profits upon sale of the properties. Investors take a passive position, while ArrowDoor Capital, LLC raises funding, acquires debt financing, puts together and manages the project throughout acquisition to disposition.
Typically the management arm, ArrowDoor Management, LLC manages daily operations of the property, however this can also be outsourced to a 3rd party. We prefer to manage our own properties so we can be more hands on and fix issues immediately when they arise and provide the best customer service to our tenants.
